He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Tice and Artie Tice; his wife Crystal Tice; his siblings, Jerry Tice, David Essery, Frances Steck, Sandra Barbour and Sylvia Collins; and his daughter Mary Douglas.
He is survived by: his children, Gabby Tyler, Melissa Boydston, Sarah Jacobs, Rebecca Tice, Summer Scott, Daniel Dowing, Thomas Tice, Wesley Tice and Jeremy Lindbloom. He is also survived by his 40 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
