He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Juanita Madrid and Frank Madrid; his mother Maria Estrada; his siblings, Erma, Alice, Gloria Madrid, Martha Frutos and Jesus Madrid; and his grandson Vincent Madrid.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Madrid; his sons, Nicolas Madrid (Maggie) and Vincent Madrid; his brother Ernest Valles (Corina); his cousin Gilbert Estrada (Cindy); his grandchildren, Jesse, Steven and Mila Madrid; his great grandchild Isaly Madrid; and his great great grandchildren, Vincent and Elijah. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
