He was predeceased by: his parents, Bailey Murphy Fennell and Ruth Evelyn Donovan Fennell; and his brother Robert Harold Fennell. He is survived by: his wife Alta Jean Scarbrough Fennell; and his siblings, Nancy J. Ryan (Gene) and Richard Dale Fennell.
