He was predeceased by: his mother Evangelina Aguirre, Jr. (Esqueda); and his brother-in-law Lalo De La Torre. He is survived by: his father Juan Molinar Aguirre, Jr.; his fiancée Melanie Gomez of Arenas Valley, NM; his daughters, Breanda Aguirre of Las Cruces, NM, Genean Aguirre of Silver City, NM and Makayla Aguirre of Las Cruces, NM; and his siblings, Miguel Aguirre of Silver City, NM, Terri De La Torre (Gilbert) of Bayard, NM, Sally De La Torre of Apache Grove, AZ and Betty Tovar (Eddie) of Arenas Valley, NM. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
