He was predeceased by: his parents, Remigio Cordova and Eloisa Cordova (Maestas); his wife Joyce Cordova; and his granddaughter Addison Jones. He is survived by: his daughters, Andria Jones of Amarillo, TX and Jennifer Ortega (Jorge) of Amarillo, TX; his stepdaughter Sara Romero of Tecolotito, NM; his grandchildren, Meagan Flores (Nestor Navarro), Caleb Jones, Diego Valenzuela, Alyssa, Bella Mia Valenzuela, Estevan Luis Valenzuela and Taytum; his great grandchildren, Axton Von and Adriel Brae Navarro; his aunt Lisbe Otero of Pueblo, CO; his siblings, David Cordova (Dolores) of Anton Chico, NM, Rachel Cordova of Pueblo, CO and Becky Cordova of Dilia, NM; and his close friend Maria Velasquez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
A rosary was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the San Jose Catholic Church (1081 Iglesia Rd, Anton Chico, NM 87711). A Mass was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the San Jose Cemetery - Anton Chico.
