She is survived by: her children, Charles Edward Garcia, Dr. Nancy Lara and Mary Jane Alderete (Jose, Jr.); her grandchildren, Charles (Kathryn Garcia), Richard Garcia, Andrew Garcia, Michael David Lara, Gina Marie Lara and Joei Alderete; and her great grandchildren, Giana Garcia, Marcelo Garcia, Lauro Barragan IV, Giovanni Moreno, Peyton Salondaka, William J. Whitenight and Tatumn J. Whitenight.
