He is survived by: his wife Elvira Gallegos; his children, Nellie (Hector), Rosa (late Raul), Belen (Frank), Clemencia (Kevin), Gloria (David), Carlos Jr. (Carmen), Sally (late Peter), Alfredo (Mary) and Cecilia; and his brother Salomon. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, two great-granddaughters and numerous nieces and nephews.
