He is survived by: his wife Carla Rogers of Seward, AK; his children, Michele Justice (Tony), Billie Rogers (Keisha), Anastacia Lucero (Diego), Cathleen Barela (Tommy) and Jesse Rogers-Foster; his stepchildren, Van Sanders and Justine Larsen (Elliot); his grandchildren, Amanda, Justin, Alysia, Angelica, Lisa, Josiah, Alexis, Jacob, Isaiah, Issac and Marcus; his great grandchildren, Logan, Kiyah, Ka'Mori, Santiago, Cristopher, Kayoir and Elijah; and his siblings, Robert Rogers (Jessica), Veronica Iya, Michael Rogers (Carolina) and Phillip Kinlichee (Alice). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
