He is survived by: his wife Kay Sullivan; his children, Patrick Sullivan (Cori) and Bridget Self (Paul); and his grandchildren, Jack, Ben, Emma, Tyler and Brenna.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Santa Fe National Cemetery (500 S Guadalupe St, Santa Fe, NM 87505).
