He was predeceased by: his daughter Amber Stevens; his father Alfredo "Freddy" Stevens; his sister Adela Stevens; and his godparents, Transito Stevens and Aurelia Lucero.
He is survived by: his son Alfredo "Freddy" Stevens (Shannon); his mother Anabel Stevens; his sisters, Carmelita Chavez, Priscilla Stevens and Laura Chavez; and his godfather Ray Duran. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great and great great niece and nephews.
