Tomasita Rosas Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Tomasita Rosas of Albuquerque, New Mexico, born in Socorro, New Mexico, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 27, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jesus Rosas; and her son-in-law Gabriel Chavez. She is survived by: her children, Sara Chavez, Mary Ellen Rosas (Gina Galindo) and Ronald Rosas (Izzy Jojola); her grandchildren, Josiah, Reynada, Jeremy, Thomas and Jerika; her great grandchildren, Javon, Jordan, Jeremy Jr., Jaylah and Gabriel; her sister Lydia Gonzales (Pete); and her sister-in-law Mary Mendoza. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM. A rosary was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gabaldon Mortuary (1000 Old Coors Dr SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121). A Mass was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the St. Anne Catholic Church (1400 Arenal Rd SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105). A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pajarito Cemetery.
