He is survived by: his wife Barbara Anaya (Luna); his children, Darlene Veloso (Lovato) and Matthew Anaya (Suzie Knox); and his siblings, Priscilla Mathews (Doug Mathews), Roni Montoya (Mike Montoya), Sandra Anaya (Lu Ann Martinez), Gilbert Anaya (Beverly Anaya) and Larry Anaya. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
