She was predeceased by: her parents, Atanasio Jimenez Lopez and Manuela Tavizón Ruiz; her daughters, Delfina Vargas and Martha Elena; and her siblings, Luis Jimenez, Santiago Jimenez, Dolores Duran and Petra Maldonado.
She is survived by: her children, Fidel Acosta (Hermila), Jesus Acosta, Ignacia Salamanca (Leoncio), Maria of Los Angeles and Benita Garcia (Guadalupe). She is also survived by 47 grandchildren, 138 great grandchildren and 91 great great grandchildren.
