He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Torres Gutierrez; his children, Valerie Erlinda Gutierrez-Leos (Danny Jr.), Steven Paul Gutierrez (Maria Alicia Gonzales), Daniel Joseph Gutierrez (Michelle) and Darshelle Antoinette Tafoya (Miguel); and his siblings, Raymond Gutierrez, Michael Gutierrez, Linda Gomez and Tony Gutierrez. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
