He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Wilkins and Ernestine Wilkins; his wife Mary Louise Wilkins (Baker); and his sister Annie Blake. He is survived by: his friend Waldeck Jewelers Incorporated; his children, Bryan Lee Wilkins (Jenna) of Sanford, FL and Tina Lynn Perseo (John) of Albuquerque; and his grandchildren, Tasha Miller (Wally), Paul-Patrick Perseo, Amy Witt, Breanna Perseo and Ayden Wilkins. He is also survived by Four great- grandchildren, along with numerous nieces & nephews and countless friends.
