With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sophie R. Armijo (Albuquerque, New Mexico), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 4, 2024 at the age of 75. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfredo Armijo and Maria Lousia Armijo. She is survived by: her children, Donna (Bryan Fragua), Joseph Chavez and Christopher Chavez; her grandchildren, Joseph Timothy, Ignacio, Helene, Walter, Jesse and Violet; and her sisters, Sylvia Romero, Yvonne Armijo and Theresa (Rick Villanueva). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the San Antonio de Padua Church (308 Parrot Blvd, Bernalillo, NM 87004).
