He was predeceased by: his father Gene Sanchez; and his sister Diana Lucero. He is survived by: his mother Mary Eva Sanchez; his daughters, Nicole Johnston and Valerie Sanchez; and his siblings, Agustin Sanchez (Patricia) and Andrea Sanchez (Rick Rivera).
