He is survived by: his wife Lorenda; his sons, Samuel Strayhorn Jr. and Shawn Lee of Winslow, AZ; his siblings, Robert Pettigrew (Bonnie) of Kingston, OK, Darrell Pettigrew Sr. of Kingston, OK, Joe Pettigrew (Stacey) of Lone Grove, OK, Denise Taylor (Larry) of Ardmore, OK, Darlene Mason (Steve) of Norman, OK and Diane Martinez (Marcelino) of Norman, OK; and his siblings-in-law, William Woods (Bud) of Madill, OK, Gail Pettigrew of Houston, TX and Roxanne Pettigrew of Lone Grove, OK.. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of dear friends.
