He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Alderete and Gloria Alderete (Montano). He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Alderete Jr. (Carol), Robert Alderete (Linda), Julianna Sanchez (Joe), Ronald Alderete (Amy), Lisa Suazo (Ronnie), Mary Ellen Alderete, Raymond Alderete (Cynthia), Radford Alderete and Anna Barela (Leo). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
