He was predeceased by: his parents, Stan Garley and Grace Garley; and his daughter Tonya Nicole Garley. He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Baldonado and Raymond Garley (Elaine); his children, Rodney Garley, Jeremiah Garley and Nicole Garcia (David); his stepson Frank Sandoval (Jackie); his grandchildren, Grace Garcia, Selena Garley, Brittany Chavez, Lucio Sandoval, David Garcia Jr., Carlito and Antonio Garley; and his son-in-law David (Mary).

The services and reception will follow at Church Street Café with the date and time to be announced, due to COVID.
