He was predeceased by: his parents, Benny Cotinola and Nestora Cotinola; and his grandmother Barbarita Gabaldon. He is survived by: his wife Olivia Cotinola; his children, Stephanie Cotinola (Greg Romero), Chris Cotinola and Angela Cotinola (Erik Rangel); his grandchildren, Klarissa, Antonio, Noah and Christian; and his brother Ray Cotinola (Teresa). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
