He was predeceased by: his father Rocky. He is survived by: his mother Josie Chavez; his siblings, Luis Chavez (Christine), Daniel Chavez (Kathy), Corine Chavez, Christine Trujillo (Ken), Esther Woods (Lawrence), Debra Corea, Gloria Sanchez and Richard Chavez; his wife Patricia Gurule; and his grandchildren, Angel, Aleah, Melody, Mackenzie, Joshua, Josiah and Jeremiah. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
