He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer; his parents, Richard and LouAnn; and his brother Steve. He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his son Jason; his stepchildren, Trevor (Jessica), Abbey and Nick; his grandchildren, Tylar, Adelaide and Evelyn; and his siblings, Michael and Sheri.
