He is survived by: his wife Karen Cotter; his sons, Douglas Cotter (Sharon), Christopher Cotter and Gordon Cotter; his grandchildren, Nathan Cotter, Mather Cotter, Alexandra Cotter and Merril Cotter; his great grandchild Levi Cotter; and his brother Edward Cotter (Judy).
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Santa Fe National Cemetery (501 N Guadalupe St, Santa Fe, NM 87501).
