He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Zoom; his wife Kathleen England (Kathy); his children, Deanna Baca (Aaron) and William England (Megan); his grandchildren, Alyssa Baca, Nikolas Baca, Susanna Baca, Patrick England and Christian England; his parents, Steward England and Dora England (Lovell); and his siblings, Donna Waters, Lois Anderson, Richard England, Shirley Halstead, Ronald England and Russell England (Barb). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, great-nieces/nephews, extended family members, and cherished friends.
