He was predeceased by: his son Robert. He is survived by: his wife Reva Cash; and his children, Vonnie, Ann, Charlotte, Ronnie, Lynn and Jack. He is also survived by 32 grandchildren; 84 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
