He was predeceased by: his brother Eric Lovato; and his father Rudy Saavedra. He is survived by: his wife Lori Buckner; his daughters, Crystal Stafford (Jeremy), Tiffany Rollins (Josh), Erika Montoya (Brandon) and Kimberly Buckner (Seth Mitchell); his mother Patricia Saavedra Vigil (Dwight Simmons); his brother Jay Lovato (Kat); his nephews, Tre Lovato and Trent Laswell; and his parents-in-law, Bill Laswell and Betty Jennings (Boyd). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
