We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2020, Raymond Mendez (Albuquerque, New Mexico) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Felipe Mendez and Dionisia Mendez; his wife Stella; and his daughters, Patricia Mendez and Margaret Widener.

He is survived by: his siblings, Joquin Cardona, Alcadio Mendez, Robert Mendez, Antonia Chavez and Albina Silva; his children, Nestor Mendez (Stella), Jake Mendez (Connie), David Mendez (Sharon) and Armida Zamora (Edward); and his son-in-law Steve Widener. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Raymond's name to The Alzheimer's Association of New Mexico Chapter.
