He is survived by: his children, Nicole Hayes of Albuquerque, NM and Todd Hayes (Meghan) of Columbia, MO; his grandchildren, Camron Martin, Ashton Martin, Tucker Hayes, Brooke Hayes and Natalie Hayes; his partner's daughter Virginia Bailey; and his siblings, Gary Hayes (Phyllis) of Kirbyville, David Hayes (Linda) of Marshall, Becky Bledsoe (Ralph) of Independence, Glenda Tolivar (Mike) of Marshall and Deanna Hollingsworth (Steven) of Rural Hall, N. C.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
