He was predeceased by: his brother John Burt. He is survived by: his wife Amy Lea; his daughter Emily Zagar (Michael); his parents, Ben Burt and Janice Burt; his sister Christy Davis (Mel); and his sister-in-law Katrina White. He is also survived by many friends and colleagues (his second family.
