He is survived by: his brothers, Dennis Donald Johns (Duck), Billy Ray Johns and Michael Larue Johns; his stepbrothers, Walter Harris Jr. and Billy Chisholm; his sisters, Dorothy Jewel Vaughn (Dot), Joann Johns and Janet Marie Johns; his stepsister Denise Hodge; and his significant other Suetana Renee Jackson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
