She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Cristin Vigil; her parents, Cornelio Cisneros and Maria Salud Cisneros; and her siblings, Cecilia Rael, Rose Rael, Porfirio Cisneros, Juan Cisneros, Josefina Barela, Bessie Grant, Ernesto Cisneros, Faustin Cisneros, Cornelio Cisneros Jr., Bertha Ortiz, Tomas Cisneros, Richard Cisneros and Senator Carlos Cisneros.

She is survived by: her children, Sharon Vigil (Kenneth), Peggy Romero (Jimmy) and Fred Rael (Donna); her grandchildren, Jimmy Jr., Manuel, Anthony (Leanne), Michael, Melissa (Clay), Kaitlin, Kiara, Alexis (Analisa), Dymond, Monique, Angelica and Lico; and her great grandchildren, Isaiah, Domino, Andrew, Leah, Kirby, Max, William and Hayley. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

Due to current COVID 19 restrictions, a celebration of her life.
