He was predeceased by: his mother Leda Joy Miller; his aunt Dianna Trujillo; and his grandparents, Lena Miller, Donald Miller and Helayne Abrams.

He is survived by: his father Davis Charles Miller; and his brothers, Jayson Miller and Donald Miller. He is also survived by cousins, and friends.
