He is survived by: his son Michael Joe Perez (Shoshana); his grandchildren, Destiny, David, Michaela and Ariella; his son Anthony Perez (Angel); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Antonio and Angelo; his son Steven Perez (Nicole); and his sisters, Margaret Huerta, Frances Perez, RoseAnne Chavez (Joseph) and Donna Hernandez (Isaias). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
