She is survived by: her husband Darrell Dupuis; her children, Justin Ray Ortiz and Jeannette Ortiz Harbeson (Joshua); her siblings, Jimmy Duenez, Freddy Galvan, John Luengas, Steven Ortiz (Carol), Eddie Ortiz II (Annette Schwartz), Chris Ortiz, Erwin Maldonado, Phyllis Luis (Ruben), Gloria Galvan, Debra Martinez, Juanita Marmalejo, Amanda Maldonado (Gene) and Jennifer Ortiz; and her grandchildren, Josiah Harbeson and Riley Harbeson. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, and several family members.
