It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Lou Vau Armijo (Albuquerque, New Mexico), who passed away on November 10, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joe O. Armijo; her parents, Juanita V. Sanchez and Julian Vau; her aunt Vicky V. Armijo; her sisters, Dorothy Wood and Connie Buckner; and her parents-in-law, Celia and Joe A. Armijo.
She is survived by: her brother Charlie Vau (Betty); and her daughters, Darlene Stapleton, Dorothy McCoy (Butch) and Diana Willis. She is also survived by 34 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren and 1 great Granddaughter.
Due to COVID restrictions implemented by the Archdiocese and our Governor, there will be a private service for the children at Saint Edwin Catholic Church on Wednesday, November 18th beginning at 11:00 am.; Burial at Mount Calvary at 12:00 pm with social distances.
