She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Otero Sr. and Mary Otero; and her brother Sammy Otero. She is survived by: her son Harvey Abeyta Jr.; her close friend Gregory Young Sr.; her siblings, Elsie Otero, Lola Walker and Albert Otero Jr.; her nieces, Leeondra Schuler (Ted) and Jahqwah Stuckman (Seth); and her nephew Eddie Otero (Olivia). She is also survived by many great-nieces and great-nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
