He was predeceased by: his grandmother Rose Marie Sanchez. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Sanchez and Diane Sanchez; his sister Cassandra Sanchez; his nephews, Alejandro and Joaquin Murrietta; his grandparents, Morton and Peggy Jenks of Edgewood, NM.; his uncle Steve; and his aunt Geri Ann Jenks. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family and many long time friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Children's Cancer Fund of New Mexico (CCFNM.org), a charity that was close to his heart.
