He was predeceased by : his parents, William E. Meadows and Eunice Foley; his step-father Pete Foley; his siblings, John W. Meadows and Jackie Shadle; his step-brother Pete Foley Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Sue Meadows and Richard Blackburn; his "son" Jon Marc Meadows; and the mother of his children Linda Meadows.

He is survived by : his children, Jason (Sarah Meadows) of Albuquerque, Jake (Tina Meadows) of Rio Rancho, Sarah (Johnny Gutierrez) of Arvada, CO and Jordan Meadows of Albuquerque; his grandchildren, Jamie Gutierrez, Adam Meadows, Kayla Meadows, Joseph Gutierrez, Janelle Gutierrez, Bella Meadows and Brycen Meadows; his great grandchild Allen Romero; his siblings, Richard (Rose Meadows) of Ocala, FL, Terry (Becky Meadows) of Albuquerque, Dave Meadows of Alvin, TX, Tom Meadows of Albuquerque and Maggi (Meadows) Blackburn of Edgewood; and his brother-in-law Dave Shadle of Albuquerque. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as his neighbors, Cory and Sarah Hodges.
