She was predeceased by: her parents, Pieter Lenders and Elizabeth Bindels. She is survived by: her husband Tom Lewis of Albuquerque, NM; her daughters, Sharon Gingelmo (Carlos) of Houston, TX and Valerie D. Kitson (Mark) of Katy, TX; and her sisters, Ans Olander of Virginia and Truus Leis. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
