He is survived by: his children, Max S. Perez, Marie K. Perez and Andrew P. Perez; and his siblings, Katie Borrego (Jim), Lucy Aragon (Bernardo), Viola Vines (Dudley) and Bobby Perez. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
