Lydia Chavez Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lydia Chavez (Albuquerque, New Mexico), born in Carrizozo, New Mexico, who passed away on December 19, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel B. Chavez and Simodosea L. Chavez; her husband Bill Flores; and her brother Charles R. Chavez. She is survived by: her siblings, Cecilia Casaus, Rudy Chavez (Tillie Garcia), Gilbert Chavez (Mary Johnson), Patricia Chavez (Essel Baca) and Joseph Chavez (Loretta Chavez). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions a private mass and interment will be held on Monday, December 28, 2020.
