He is survived by: his parents, Annie Serna and Floyd Garcia; his siblings, Ricky Garcia (Martha), Janell Garcia and Annadine Garcia (Sammy Gonzales); his nephew Steven Gonzales (Bernice Chavez); and his great-nephews, Gabriel, Andrew, Jacob, Joseph and Damien.

Due to the COVID restrictions set in place by the Governor masks are MANDATORY to attend Luis' Life Celebration and Burial.
