She is survived by: her children, Frank Bernal, Monique Gonzales (Tim), Tanya Bernal (Shawn Baker) and Bernadette Bernal (Fernando Esquibel); her grandchildren, Dontee Ewing, D'Andrea Gonzales, DaeShawn Baker, Timothy Gonzales, Izaiah Bernal, Devyn Esquibel, Taeya Baker, Donovyn Esquibel, Dominique Montoya, Rochelle Tinagero, Krystle Hernandez, Felicia Martinez and Estrella Bernal; her great grandchildren, DaeShawn Baker Jr., Damarion Ewing, Greyson Tinagero, Emilia Benson-Bernal and Theodore Baca; and her sisters, Beatrice (Larry Lovato) and Dorothy "Lizzie" Connelly (Henry). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
