He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Hyman Millen and Rose Levine Millen; and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his wife Dana Schultz Millen; his son Jacob; his siblings, Lois Rosenbloom (Carl) and Richard; his siblings-in-law, Nancy and Reid Schultz; and his mother-in-law Harriet Schultz. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
