He is survived by: his wife Peggy Pennington-Garcia; his children, Jaz Garcia (Chris Cardenas), Angelica Cook (Eric), Leroy Garcia, Jr., Nieves Garcia, Gina Prospero, Selena Prospero, Alejandro Gomez, Jr., Jeremy Gomez, Wesley Gomez and Emma Gomez; his mother Dorothy Ruiz; his grandmother Pame Montoya; his grandchildren, Rosalie Cook, Oscar Prospero and Victor Prospero; his siblings, Steve Garcia (Vicki), Nickole Garcia (Tara) and Jessica Gurule; his nieces and nephews, Steve Garcia, Jr., Miguel Montoya, Jaden Garcia, Jenison Gabrielle, Bro Chavez, Junior Gurule, Kylene Lovato, Dakota Garcia, Aja Garcia, Nickole Gurule and Anita Munoz; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Steve Garcia III, Giovanni Perez, Jenison K. Gabrielle, Jr., Anakin Gurule, Athena Gurule and Kaylani Gurule; and his godchildren, Brittney Garcia and Joseph Gurule.
