It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leopoldo Griego (Albuquerque, New Mexico), born in Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, New Mexico, who passed away on February 13, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Evangeline Griego; his children, Ronald Ray Griego and Sharon Griego Housel; his siblings, Quirino Griego, Lukie Quintana and Gloria Klaub; and his great grandchild Taygen Aurora Griego.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Matthew Griego and Brandon Griego (Virginia); his siblings, Jake Griego, Toni Lovato and Liza Candelaria; his great grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Collin, Lilly, Copelin, Kolte and Sky; and his friends, Danny Sandoval, Pantry and Leo. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Services will be limited due to Covid-19.
