She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel "Manny" Garcia; her daughter Yolanda Garcia; and her granddaughter Stephanie Garcia. She is survived by: her son Ron Garcia; her grandchildren, Ivan Garcia, Monique Garcia and Sarah Valdez; and her great grandchildren, Kayla Montoya and Ethan Valdez.
At the family's request, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Albuquerque chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
