He is survived by: his wife Bernice Lueras Candelaria; his children, Juan Rey Candelaria Jr. (Stephanie), Mariscela Chavez (Adam) and Madalena Garcia (Diego); his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Celina (Leroy), Delysia, Esperanza, Santiago, Analeya, Marcos, Diego and Viviana; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Aurora and Tiana Lee; and his siblings, Luis Candelaria (Lupe), Lorenzo Candelaria (Dora Lovato), Vickie Glover and Priscilla Candelaria. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, Six-Godchildren and many friends.
