He was predeceased by: his son Phillip; his parents, Jose and Estefana; and his siblings, Richard, Danny, Thomas and Mary Jean Baca.
He is survived by: his daughter Audrey Garcia; his former wife Anna Garcia; his siblings, Irene Howlett (Sam), Lucille Romero, Loretta Gonzales and Mark Garcia; his grandsons, Jonathan Garcia-Carabajal and Joseph Sanchez; and his uncle Fabian Leyba (Bonnie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
